Welcome to the website of The Tower Podcast (hereinafter: "the site", "we", "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your information, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 to the law, and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017.

Using the site and submitting information through it constitutes your consent to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from submitting personal information through the site.

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.

When you contact us through the site (for example, a recording booking, which is sent to us as a WhatsApp message), by email, on WhatsApp or by phone, we may collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Business name and the content of your inquiry (for example: the type of production you are interested in, a requested date)

2.2 Information collected automatically

While you browse the site, technical information is collected automatically, including:

• IP address
• Browser type, device and operating system
• Pages viewed and time spent on each page
• The source that brought you to the site (referrer)
• Statistical usage data

3. What we use the information for

• Responding to inquiries, scheduling recordings and meetings, and business communication
• Providing the services you requested and preparing quotes

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. In addition, tailored advertising can be limited through Google's and Meta's advertising settings. Please note: blocking cookies may impair some of the site's functionality.

5. Third-party services

To operate the site and the service we use external providers, who may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• WhatsApp (Meta): direct communication with us, including sending booking requests from the site by clicking the WhatsApp link. WhatsApp's privacy policy
• Google (Firebase Hosting): hosting and serving the site. Google's privacy policy
• Google Fonts: loading fonts for the site's display.
• Formspree: processing form submissions, to the extent that such forms are activated on the site. Formspree's privacy policy

6. Sharing information with third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We will share information only in the following cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the site and the service (as detailed in sections 4 and 5), who are bound to keep the information confidential.
• Where required by law, a court order or a demand from a competent authority.
• To protect our legal rights in the event of a dispute.
• With your explicit consent.

7. Information security

We take reasonable and accepted security measures, including encrypted traffic (HTTPS), restricted access to information and the use of secure infrastructure providers. That said, no system is completely immune, and absolute security of information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

We will keep your information only as long as it is required for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Inquiries that did not lead to a business engagement will be deleted within a reasonable period of time.

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, including Amendment 13, you have, among others, the following rights:

• Right of access: to ask what information about you we hold and to review it.
• Right of correction: to ask to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
• Right of deletion: to ask to delete information collected about you.
• Right to object: to ask us to stop using your information for marketing communication (direct mail).

10. Links to external sites

The site may contain links to external sites and services (such as social networks and podcast platforms). We are not responsible for the privacy policy or the content of those sites, and we recommend reviewing their privacy policies.

Our site and services are intended for business owners and are not directed at minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. An updated version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes consent to the updated policy.
