The Tower Podcast is a podcast studio for businesses, operating in Jerusalem.

When you contact us through the site (for example, a recording booking, which is sent to us as a WhatsApp message), by email, on WhatsApp or by phone, we may collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Business name and the content of your inquiry (for example: the type of production you are interested in, a requested date)

While you browse the site, technical information is collected automatically, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type, device and operating system
  • Pages viewed and time spent on each page
  • The source that brought you to the site (referrer)

To operate the site and the service we use external providers, who may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies:

  • WhatsApp (Meta): direct communication with us, including sending booking requests from the site by clicking the WhatsApp link. WhatsApp's privacy policy
  • Google (Firebase Hosting): hosting and serving the site. Google's privacy policy
  • Google Fonts: loading fonts for the site's display.
  • Formspree: processing form submissions, to the extent that such forms are activated on the site. Formspree's privacy policy

6. Sharing information with third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We will share information only in the following cases:

  • With service providers who help us operate the site and the service (as detailed in sections 4 and 5), who are bound to keep the information confidential.
  • Where required by law, a court order or a demand from a competent authority.
  • To protect our legal rights in the event of a dispute.

We take reasonable and accepted security measures, including encrypted traffic (HTTPS), restricted access to information and the use of secure infrastructure providers. 10. Links to external sites

Our site and services are intended for business owners and are not directed at minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.
